219 Congressmen signed their death warrant late last night in passing the controversial and illegal Health Care Reform Bill. Over the objections of 73% of the American people, congress ignored their constituents and in total disregard to the legalities and obvious unconstitutionality of the health care bill, voted to pass the bill into law. The bill, undoubtedly the worse piece of legislation ever written, let alone become law, gives the Federal Government control over more than 10% of our Nation's economy and our children's futures.

Additionally, and once again using the omnibus tactic, the bill contained legislation granting government additional control over the economy and our children's education. Buried at the bottom of the bill was President Obama's plan to also takeover another portion of our economy, the education system and our children  by giving government total and complete control of the Student loan programs. In a move that eliminates private lenders or benefactors, the Federal government now becomes the sole  source and provider of all student loans.

While the American Reform Party is in favor of responsible Health Care reform we, as do 73% of the American people, vehemently oppose the creation of another Entitlement Program or mandated coverage as contained in this bill. If we have learned anything about our governments ability to manage entitlement programs, it's that they are completely incompetent in doing so. This bill WILL cause existing insurance premiums to immediately go up and continue to raise over the next four years. Government will pass further amendments to the bill in the next four years that will add additional costs to the bill, blowing their so-called deficit neutral claims out of the water.

Despite the inevitability the Bill will become law, the American Reform Party and our members refuse to allow those who voted for the bill, to get away with their elitist, irresponsible, unconscionable and illegal actions. We will unite and join forces with every action group and committee to reverse and/or legally challenge and stop the bill from being implemented.  We will further expand and layout our plans to execute the political death warrants issued by the congressional democrats who, at anytime, voted in favor of this bill by our voting them out of office this November and in 2012.
