Obama: America’s Crisis and Greatest Threat (Part Two)

As this nation is shifting from a powerful, energetic republic into a nation in crisis, the American people are now focused on the White House and its collusion with a radically liberal Congress. Reviewed in Part One is that crisis is the dominant strategy of a White House that has brought the nation to the precipice of failure with a teetering economy and ethically bankrupt governance. With a government composed of self-acknowledged Socialist and Marxist elites at the helm, many formally employed Americans are becoming the new entitlement class, violence threatens to spill over our borders, the President approves Sharia compliant representatives, and the Constitution, that stands between Americans and government tyranny, is under assault from the very form of government our founders sought to protect us from.

Crisis in the making: Obama’s globalist agenda. Americans now recognize the internal threats to the republic along with other elements in play that are forming the underbelly of America’s undoing – if left unchecked. Two major threats against America have both gained momentum under Obama. What Globalists and Islamic jihadists have in common is the demise of America. Globalists and jihadists today recognize an abettor in the White House when Obama apologizes for the United States as the cause of many of the world’s problems. Obama’s statement is incredulous and profoundly undermines this republic that forms the freest and most generous nation in world history. That Barack Obama seeks global favor and impending financial gain at the expense of America’s future appears no longer in question. That this White House seems loathe to acknowledge that jihadists’ are waging a war of civilizations against western culture and faith as opposed to the U.S. being duplicitous in bringing such attacks on itself – is beyond comprehension. Obama was raised in the Muslim faith, reads flawlessly from the Quran and knows extremists’ attacks will continue based on religious ideology. This President knows full well that America is responding in self-defense, that America was not the aggressor and must defend itself with robust intelligence, effective interrogation techniques, military trials of the enemy, and with a strongly supported fighting force on the battlefield. Yet, he undermines all of the above. Why?

Crisis in the making: Obama’s Rules of Engagement. Critical comment is that our military requires legal counsel by their side before returning enemy fire due to the Obama administration’s mandated Rules of Engagement on the battlefield. Accounts of lives lost permeate the troops on the ground such as the report that a group of soldiers were not allowed to take out a sniper that had pinned them down until they could clearly see who was holding the gun that was firing at them. Requiring such restraint in the heat of battle comes either from a blatant lack of knowledge of military tactics and response or a blatant disregard for the lives of those fighting for our country. To allow troops to die based on an imposed “political legality,” devalues the valor and lives of our fighting forces and is both irrational and unconscionable.

Crisis in the un-making: Ginning up class and race warfare. The White House, Progressives and liberals have tossed the emotion-baiting bombs of class envy, racism and bigotry so many times that people are no longer reacting to them except in the reverse. Those tossing the hate-grenades appear now to be the racists and bigots, including members of the Obama administration.

The worst enemy Americans can have is complacency. Complacency led to the war for the minds of America’s children as history books were rewritten, as government-backed science on origins remains intellectually dishonest, and as the founding faith is being demeaned and discredited. In times of national distress, like 9/11, Americans bent to their knees and prayed for God to stand with America. Overlooked is, that it is a prayer that is likely to remain unanswered until America first stands with God. The renewal of faith, along with the crisis of pain and destruction that is Barack Obama that wreaks havoc on household budgets, business owners, founding principles and warriors on the battlefield, may in fact, bring this nation back together.

Crisis is the dominant strategy of the Obama White House. Crisis is not only their basis for “change,” it is also a tool of distraction. While the American people are put in panic mode by the latest “emergency” or calamity by a seemingly wrought White House and media, crisis provides opportunity for Obama and cohorts to hurriedly implement their agendas. But, now as more and more Americans are paying attention, they are catching on. They are discovering that at the root of America’s crisis is the very President himself.

Early on complaints were, albeit legitimate ones, that Obama lacks business acumen. That he has neither business experience nor an education in economics. It soon became apparent to Americans that neither was needed. One does not need business experience or education to bring down an economy or to inflict a deepening “economic crisis.” Business acumen is not needed to empty the U.S. treasury, trample free enterprise, hamstring small businesses with healthcare regulation and impending taxes, squeeze the middle class, increase unemployment/entitlement lines, raise taxes that will kill jobs, place a moratorium on deep water oil drilling that kills jobs, regulate independent fishermen out of business, and, based on fraudulent global warming, push for a Cap and Trade/EPA regulated energy bill that will bust the budgets of households across America. That is the making of a serious crisis. Crisis in the making: New welfare class. Obama’s policy of “redistributing wealth” historically requires a financial leveling of the masses. Jobs must be lost. A whole new class of former American workers must become dependent on the government for their very subsistence, which primes the pump of social welfare and government dependence. In previous articles came my warning that Obama appears bent on implementing his Socialist agenda on the backs of America’s newly unemployed. With so many out of work and not paying taxes, independent business owners and the wealthy, who provide jobs, will become the next target for excessive taxation to keep the money flowing into corrupt government coffers. What money the Obama government then deems to “redistribute” will literally put a radically left, socialist government in control of who gets what and when. Control, repeat control, is the end result of each “crisis” that is “managed” by this White House.

Crisis in the making: Socialist/Marxist government of ruling elite. Nothing seems more important to this President than implementing Socialist/Marxist policies with the Fascist underpinnings of mandates and laws that force the citizenry to comply. In doing so, he foists on the American people a crisis that may prove insurmountable unless it is stopped. The Constitution of the United States stands between the American people and tyranny by the government. Yet it is Obama, his Attorney general, his State Department liaison on global law, multiple Czars and administration acolytes who reportedly view the U.S. Constitution as either defective or to be ignored. Again, the Constitution of the United States stands between the American people and tyranny by the government. The Marxist dream is that the government becomes “god” to the people and controls all facets of their lives from healthcare to energy usage, from a socialistic entitlement subsistence of the private sector to doling out government jobs, and by mandating or substituting government propaganda as history and education. Big red Marxist warning flags are waving.

Crisis in the making: Ignoring the Border threat. Violence at the American border is so intense that spill-over is inevitable. Is this White House allowing the border to become yet another “crisis” that it will not allow “to go to waste” when chaos enters our own cities and neighborhoods threatening our homes, schools, churches and businesses? Example to the U.S. is the fractious border between Israel and Gaza. The Obama administration announced it is sending $900 million taxpayers’ dollars to rebuild Palestine. Some $300 million goes to Gaza which is under control of the Iran-backed, terrorist organization Hamas, a group that is anti-American and anti-Israel. Wouldn’t that money be better spent on America’s border protection instead of financing an enemy? In yet another bow to globalization and a tactic to undermine America’s sovereignty of self-rule, the Obama administration wants Arizona to answer to the United Nations Human Rights Council as “violators of human rights.” As Arizona attempts to protect Americans from imminent threat, the Obama State Department wants Arizona to be judged by some of the worst human rights violators on the globe. Can the World Court be far behind?

The way this President creates or uses crisis defines his character and agenda. That he is driving the country off a cliff while posturing as an elite with endless vacations and a soie de vivre during times of hardship on our people, should move this nation of voters into action. Talk abounds about the George Soros backed, Sharia Law inclined mentality of this administration that portends the take down of America. The time for action is now. Stay informed and inform those you know. Rally to the vote, get on your knees and pray that this administration is a lesson to America to again turn its attention to Godly principles, the laws of the Constitution, to the strength of the good and the brave to protect what is right, and to give us the grace and charity to care for those unable to care for themselves. The American dream is not dead. It is under assault. We are again reminded that freedom is not free by the very individual who swore, based on the Constitution, to protect our freedoms and our nation. Was it a sham oath by a President who now, by his actions, appears to have had other intentions in mind?

Social Security is Nothing More than PONZI Scheme

Gary Madoff recently received what amounted to a life sentence in prison for running a investment PONZI scheme. He bilked billions of dollars from unsuspecting investors by promising to pay high yield returns on their investments plus the security of their original investment. His problem was he never invested the money he received to pay the promised returns and offered no guarantees to do so. It was all a pyramid scheme and a vale promise with no visible ability to return the investment or pay the return. This is a typical illegal PONZI scheme.

Not unlike Madoff's investment scheme, our Federal Government is conducting the very same illegal investment strategy called Social Security. Social Security is nothing more than an illegal PONZI scheme in that the money we send to Washington is never invested in any instrument or interest baring account to cover the anticipated cash outlay to retirees without ANY guarantee by our government to insure any or all payments to those that have paid in to the scheme.

You heard me right. There is NO GUARANTEE by the government, regardless of how much you paid in, to make any payment to you upon your retirement.

To add insult to injury, all the money we have paid into Social Security System no longer exists. The money we paid into the trust fund has been pilfered by our government to pay for their irresponsible spending on everything BUT our retirement. They have blindly took it for granted that there would be more than enough money coming into the system to cover retiring Americans. Well that is not the case! Not only that, but the Federal government is not even required to pay back the money it has borrowed from the trust fund.

If Gary Madoff can be considered nothing more than a lying, no good, low life thief and common criminal who broke the law by operating an illegal PONZI, then how is it that our government can? What would you propose Americans do about our Government and the politicians who continue to allow this illegal PONZI scheme to continue? Shouldn't they also be sent to prison?

Unfortunately, its to late to put Franklin Roosevelt in jail for creating this unconstitutional entitlement program (PONZI SCHEME) but we can demand that government repay all the money borrowed from the fund and turn the system over to the private sector jointly administered by the individual account holder. Of course there will need to be certain guidelines on the investment strategy for the managers of these accounts and individual holder to insure unethical or extremely high risk investment.

Where a man's purse is, there his heart will be also.

If you would know where the heart of the Obama party is today, consider. In the dog days of August, with temperatures in D.C. rising above 100, Nancy Pelosi called the House back to Washington to enact legislation that could not wait until September.

Purpose: Vote $26 billion to prevent layoffs of state, municipal and county employees whose own governments had decided they had to be let go if they were to meet their constitutional duty to balance their books.

Workers their own governments thought expendable, Congress decided were so essential, it borrowed another 26 thousand million dollars from China to keep them on state and local payrolls.

A nation whose national debt is approaching the size of its gross national product, that goes abroad to borrow money to keep non-essential workers on government payroll is a nation on the way down and out.

And anyone who thinks this Obama party is ever going to cull the armies of tens of millions of government workers or scores of millions of government beneficiaries to put America's house in order is deluding himself.

As long as this Congress and White House remain in power, a U.S. default on its national debt is inevitable. The only question is when.

Nor is this the first time the Obama administration has rushed to save workers whom their own state, city and county governments were prepared to let go. Among the reasons the $800 billion stimulus failed is that so little of it was directed to firing up the locomotive of the economy, the private sector, and so much of it was spent to ensure that government workers did not have to share in the national sacrifice.

Why Pelosi & Co felt compelled to return to D.C., to ensure that state and local government payrolls were not pared, is not hard to understand.

Which party does the American Federation of Teachers; the National Education Association; and the American Federation of State, Municipal and County Employees usually contribute to, work for, vote for? At which of the two party conventions are teachers and government employees hugely over-represented?

Consider, too, the states deepest in debt and facing the largest cuts in employee ranks, pay and benefits: California, Illinois, New York.

In these states, public employees earn at least $10,000 per year more in pay and benefits than the average America worker, who is bailing them out.

Hence, we have a situation where private sector workers in Middle America are being taxed, their children being driven ever deeper into debt to China, so government employees who have greater job security than they do, and earn more in pay and benefits than they will ever earn, can stay in Fat City.

And folks wonder why so many Americans detest government.

In the same week Congress came back to prevent AFSCME from taking a haircut, the Wall Street Journal reported that, in 2009, only three of 52 metro areas with over 1 million in population saw "net earnings and the broader measure of personal income both rise."

Are you surprised to learn Washington, D.C., was among the three?

That same day, USA Today had a startling report on how, during the last decade, U.S. Government workers, like Wall Street bankers, left their fellow Americans in the dust.

"Federal workers have been awarded bigger average pay and benefit increases than private employees for nine years in a row. The compensation gap between federal and private workers has doubled in the past decade.

"Federal civil servants earned average pay and benefits of $123,049 in 2009 while private workers made $61,051 in total compensation. ... The Federal compensation advantage has grown from $30,415 in 2000 to $61,998 last year."

Remarkable. U.S. government workers, who enjoy the greatest job security of any Americans, now earn twice as much in pay and benefits as the average American. This is not the D.C. some of us grew up in.

Nor is this all Obama's doing. For most of the fat years of the federal work force came while Washington was being run by a Congress of Big-Government Conservatives and a White House of Bush-Cheney Republicans.

No wonder the tea party is targeting both parties.

Nevertheless, it is impossible to believe that the Obamaites, who intervened twice and massively with bailouts to prevent minor layoffs of local and state government employees, have the stomach to do the major surgery needed to cut the federal monolith down to size.

For the vast majority of the tens of millions of government workers vote Democratic, as do the vast majority of the scores of millions of beneficiaries of federal, state and local programs.

What Pelosi & Co. were saying with that $26 billion bailout this week is, "We are going to protect our own."

Which is why either Obama, Pelosi, Reid & Co. go, or we are gone.

Federal Reserve Proposed Purchase of Government Debt is Illegal Money Laundering

The Federal Reserves proposed offer to buy up a portion of the National Debt is outright illegal and nothing more than money laundering. Furthermore, Obama administration is conspiring with an entity (the Federal Reserve) who it has no idea even has the money to complete such an action. After all, if we can't audit the reserve or can't look at their books or financial statements then how can government determine the Feds financial ability to fund this deal.

I'll answer that question for them, THEY DON'T HAVE THE MONEY! In fact they are going to get the money they need from our Treasury which Obama's administration will print up for them. This is PURE SMOKE AND MIRRORS by the Administration. We are giving the FED the money to buy up our debt by creating more debt and inflation through higher Bond Prices and rates.

Aside from the illegality of this transaction, this method has been proven the past not to work and will not work this time. By why am I not surprised that the idiots in Obama's administration will try it anyway. Since their induction, they have continually implemented economic and social programs that time and time again have failed miserably by any Nation that has tried in the past.

Obama and the Progressive Democrats or Republicans in government will leave us nothing, in short time, if we do not bring an end to their reign and fiscal irresponsibility.

Fundamental Change Under Obama or The Destruction of America

President Obama during his presidential campaign for office promised to bring "..fundamental change" if he where elected. At the time all Americans,rightfully so, were thoroughly disgusted with the lack of responsible government in Washington. We were so angered in the direction our country had taken over the past twenty years and wanted real change so much, to bring an end to the out of control politics in DC, that we fell for Obama's trap and rhetoric he was spinning and promising. We all thought his idea of change was for politics in DC with both a fiscally responsible Federal government and elected representative who would use common sense while staunchly uphold our Constitution.

Never, in most Americans wildest dreams did we think, not even for one moment, that what President Obama actually had in mind, was in fact a radical shift in everything our country and Constitution stands for by leading us down a path of Marxist/Socialist policies that historically has been repeatedly proven as oppressive and has always failed.

Here is a brief list of Obama's plan for "Fundamental Change in America" and the results all Americans can expect if we allow him and other Progressive Democrats and Republicans to implement.

Circumvention of the Constitution by Congressional Action

All of the above can and will ONLY lead us into total collapse and destruction of our Republic, the Constitution and our Democratic Country and Society! As a result in allowing Obama's and the Progressives to enact the above we will be granting government ultimate power and control over the States and people.

If we allow Obama and the Progressives to expand governments control over us we can assuredly expect the following to occur as history has proven over and over again.

Leading Us Into:

Government Designated Health Care and/or determined Euthanasia
- Creation of an illegal Health care Entitlement Program we not only can't afford but grants government control over our medical decision leads only to rationing and euthanasia
Excessively high unemployment
- Now over 20% Since Obama took office
Excessive & Wasteful government Spending
- National Debt in excess of $103 Trillion Dollars including the $13 Trillion due now and expotentially growing under Obama
Over Taxation
- Federal, State, Local and sales taxes now consume nearly 80% of our income & threatening to soon go up even more
Redistribution of Wealth
- This is Stealing or Theft by Government and breaks the spirit and will of the entrepreneur not to mention our laws
Elimination of the 1st & 2nd Amendments
- This is just the start in governments plan for eliminating and replacing our Bill of Rights
The Loss of Freedom of Religion
- Government will establish a Collective Religion rooted in the belief that we are only redeemed when we all share in the same misery
Loss of Property and Persuit of Happiness
- Government now controls or owns over 80% of all our Mortgages or Homes through foreclosure.
A Government Monarchy
- With a lack of Term Limits & severe penalties Politicians believe they are above reproach and the law
Eventually a Global Government
- This is already occurring through our participation and support in the United Nations.
Government Designated Jobs & Employment
- Through controlled Education, Business & Industry government dictates who you work for and how much you earn
Government Oppression
Poverty & Social Unrest
Slavery
Tyranny
All Ultimately Leading to total Anarchy

Any student of history can readily see the anticipated progression above as a result of Marxist/Socialist policies and practices. I don't believe this is what our Founding Fathers perceived for this Country nor that any common sensed liberal or conservative minded American desires for our Country.

We must act and ACT NOW! We must overthrow Government by removing the Progressive minded, elitist, corrupt politicians from office as quickly as possible and replace them with representatives who share our similar values for the right kind of change. TV Cameras in the Supreme Court or The Delusions of Arlan Spector

Outgoing Senator Arlan Spector has recently proposed in the Senate a bill which would mandate the Supreme Court allow TV cameras in the court room of the Supreme Court.

Obviously Spector is delusional in proposing this bill and has further justified the people of Pennsylvania decision not to nominate him for re-election. He has now shown that he has outlived his usefulness! He has proved his complete and utter disregard or lack of understanding of the Constitution and law.

Arlan, just in case you didn't get the memo or forgot the purpose of the three distinct and independent branches of the government under the Constitution, let us remind you!

Neither you nor any other branch of the government has the right legal or otherwise to mandate or legislate how the Judicial Branch of government, the Supreme Court, the supreme authority and final word in all State and Federal legal matters under the constitution, must conduct its business. Not now and NOT ever.

Dear Arlan, please stay out of the American people's way. Please do nothing during your lame duck administration. Just take your retirement and fade away into obscurity. You've done enough damage during your reign.

When applying for or renewing a driver's license or passport.
Making purchases on your department store credit card.
When you show up f or a doctor's appointment.
When applying for any kind of insurance.

When donating blood.
When obtaining certain prescription drugs.
When making some debit purchases, especially if you're out of state.
When collecting a boarding pass for airline or train travel.
If you visit a State or National Park.

I'm sure there are more instances, but the point is that we citizens of the USA are required to prove who we are nearly every day!

Why should any person illegally residing or visiting in this country, be exempt!!!!!

545 Politicians Control the Lives of over 300 Million Americans

This article was written by 49 year veteran journalist Charlie Reese, a retired reporter for the Orlando Sentinal. We believe he has hit the nail directly on the head, defining clearly who it is that, in the final analysis must assume responsibility for the judgements made that impact each one of us every day.

Politicians are the only people in the world who create a country's problems and then campaign against them.

Have you ever wondered, if both Democrats and Republicans are against deficits, why do we have a $13 trillion deficit? Or, If all the politicians are against inflation and higher taxes, why do we have inflation and high taxes?

You and I don't propose a federal budget. The president does
You and I don't have the Constitutional authority to vote on appropriations. The House of Representatives does.
You and I don't write the tax code, Congress does.
You and I don't set fiscal policy, Congress does.
You and I don't control monetary policy, the Federal Reserve Bank does.

One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one president, and nine Supreme Court justices equates to 545 human beings out of the 300 million are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country.

I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem was created by the Congress. In 1913, Congress delegated its Constitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered, but private, central bank.

I excluded all the special interests and lobbyists for a sound reason. They have no legal authority They have no ability to coerce a senator, a congressman, or a president to do one cotton-picking thing. I don't care if they offer a politician $1 million dollars in cash. The politician has the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the legislator's responsibility to determine how he votes.

Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what they did is not their fault. They cooperate in this common con regardless of party.

What separates a politician from a normal human being is an excessive amount of gall. No normal human being would have the gall of a Speaker, who stood up and criticized the President for creating deficits.... . The president can only propose a budget. He cannot force the Congress to accept it.

The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, gives sole responsibility to the House of Representatives for originating and approving appropriations and taxes. Who is the speaker of the House? Nancy Pelosi. She is the leader of the majority party. She and fellow House members, not the president, can approve any budget they want. If the president vetoes it, they can pass it over his veto if they agree to.

It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 300 million can not replace 545 people who stand convicted -- by present facts -- of incompetence and irresponsibility. I can't think of a single domestic problem that is not traceable directly to those 545 people. When you fully grasp the plain truth that 545 people exercise the power of the federal government, then it must follow that what exists is what they want to exist.

If the tax code is unfair, it's because they want it unfair.

If the budget is in the red, it's because they want it in the red.

If the Army & Marines are in IRAQ , it's because they want them in IRAQ .

If they do not receive social security but are on an elite retirement plan not available to the people, it's because they want it that way.

There are no insoluble government problems.

Do not let these 545 people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire and whose jobs they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose gifts and advice they can reject; to regulators, to whom they give the power to regulate and from whom they can take this power.

Above all, do not let them con you into the belief that there exists disembodied mystical forces like "the economy," "inflation," or "politics" that prevent them from doing what they take an oath to do.

The American People’s TO DO List

1. Favors in exchange for votes on legislation must be stopped. The public looks at this practice as “buying votes” and is one reason why we, the public, think our government is so corrupt and dishonest. Tit for Tat is CRAP. Ban this practice in both the Senate and House.

2. “EARMARKS”. If a Senator or Congressman has a project he would like to see get funded, then be honest about it. Come up with a spending bill just for that project. If it is a worth while project it will pass. If not, refer the project to the State in which the project is located and let them get funding for it. We don’t need any more John Murtha airports! If all the earmarks from 2000 till now were added up, I’m sure that total would more than cover the cost of new computer systems for every major airport in the U.S.

3. Piggybacked Bills. This practice really gets the public irritated, miffed, up-in-arms, irate, fuming, and just plain MAD. If a bill cannot stand on its own and get passed, don’t stuff it into another just so it can get passed. If it can’t pass on its own, it wasn’t a good bill to begin with.

4. Illegal immigration. This is a no brainer. No amnesty, no shortcut to citizenship, no anchor babies, no free medical, no welfare, no free education, no social security. Go back home and come here legally. If you show up again without proper documentation, you’re banned for life and will never be allowed to enter the country legally. Finish the fence from California to Texas and put the U.S. Military on it. It’s part of their job anyway. Twice in our history we have had mass deportation of all illegal aliens in the country and each time it was in the 20^th century. I see no reason why it cannot be done again. All you need is the willpower. And think about this: If our nation suffers another 9-11 type attack and it turns out they came here illegally, whose neck is going to be on the chopping block because they did not secure the borders? Cheap labor for Republicans and more voters for Democrat are an appalling trade off for our national security.

5. Create an “Office of Constitutional Compliance”, in the House and Senate that has one job and one job only. That job is to make sure every bill passed by either house is in compliance with the Constitution. This has been needed for over four decades and it is about time it gets put into practice. These offices MUST be non partisan to be effective.

6. Amend the Constitution so that no bill can reach either the House or Senate floor unless it has been written in its entirety and read by every member. This business of writing just the title of the bill and then writing the rest of it after it has been passed MUST stop. We are tired of you people passing bills that are incomplete and/or have no idea what’s in them.

7. Ban the use of “Czars” or any other such position that is not authorized by the Constitution. These positions circumvent the Constitution and upset the balance of power as it was set forth by our Constitution.

8. Audit the Fed. No explanation is needed here. The Fed is not above the law and we need to find out exactly how much money the people of this country are on the hook for.

9. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT agree to any U.N. Treaty that would deprive any U.S. Citizen of their 2^nd Amendment rights. Do not pass any legislation that would infringe on those rights either. We need to be more like the Swiss when it comes to the 2^nd Amendment.

Dr. Suzanna Hupp of Texas had it right during her testimony before a congressional hearing when she said; “The Second Amendment is not about hunting, it’s about all of us (meaning the people) protecting our selves from all of you” (meaning politicians). Read the Federalist Papers. There are currently over 20,000 gun laws on the books, we don’t need any more.

10. Stop exempting Congress from the bills it passes. If a law is good enough for us to live under, then it’s good enough for you as well. You people in Washington are not any better than we are. And in fact, some of you could really use an image makeover. This should be an Amendment to the Constitution.

11. Stop spending money WE the people you represent, DO NOT HAVE. A national debt of $130 Trillion (funded, unfunded, plus future liabilities) is appalling. Just stop spending like a drunken sailor. Make sure every dollar spent is well spent and mandated by the Constitution. Do not throw our money down a rat hole.

12. Amend the Constitution so that any person who runs for President, Senator, or House Member must provide proof of U.S. citizenship when filing for elections. Education and Military records (when applicable) must also be made public. We must know who we are potentially voting for and what their qualifications are. I’m sure that had this been the law of the land prior to 2008, Obama never would have been elected.

13. Repeal the 1995 Community Reinvestment Act signed into law by then president Bill Clinton. This bill created the biggest housing bubble we have ever seen. It is also the reason why the housing market collapsed, why the banking sector collapsed, and is why we have lost so much money with Fannie and Freddie. I know this is true because I have researched it. To leave this bill intact would leave the door open for all this to happen again in the future and we don’t need that to happen again, ever!

14. The repeal of the Glass Steagall Act has given Wall Street too much control over community banking. Ask yourself this question; How many community banks went under because they were joined at the hip to an investment bank? Investment banks and community banks need to be separated as they once were. Repeal Gramm-Leach-Bliley November 12, 1999.

I find it interesting that the Community Reinvestment Act 1995 and the repeal of the Glass Steagall Act 1999 were both during the Clinton Administration. Wow, that’s freaky…..

15. Starting in 2012, we need at least a 20 year Moratorium on all Immigration. When it starts up again in 2032, it should be only half of what we are currently accepting. We need this brake in order to weed out all the undesirables that have entered the country since the 1980s. We really do need to slow down the growth rate of the nations population or we will run out of water and not be able to feed our selves.

16. Amend the Constitution to make English the official language of the United States. The Constitution and Bill of Rights were written in English, so why not make it official. When this is done, stop government printing in other languages. All government printing needs to be in English only. As long as we keep printing documents in foreign languages, foreigners who live here will have no incentive to learn English and that destroys the necessity for assimilation as it has been doing for the last 60+ years.

17 Eliminate any and all Tenure for Teachers and Professors at all educational institutions public and private. Too many bad teachers and professors are still teaching because we can’t get rid of them. New York is a prime example. This would make them accountable for what and how they teach.

18 Attach School funding to the student and let the parents choose the school they want their child to attend. School Vouchers are the only sure way the U.S. will ever get back to the top of the Math, Science, and History lists. In the last 20 years we have thrown untold fortunes into our education systems and the results have been extremely disappointing. It’s time to change that. I have come to the conclusion money is not the problem. The problem is what and how the teacher teaches. Getting rid of teacher’s unions might be necessary as well.

In most of these comments we recommend an amendment to the Constitution and have good reason for that. If these are just passed as a matter of law, you people will find ways around them. You have shown us in the past that this is exactly what you would do. That would make the past 234 years an exercise in futility. We live in the freest, most prosperous, and most powerful nation in the history of mankind. We owe all of this to the Constitution, those who gave it to us, our desire to live in freedom and defend it against all who would destroy it. Over the past 120 years there have been those who have attacked the Constitution and tried to destroy it by trying to transform it into what they call a living, breathing, document that must evolve. Again we find our selves with the need to rise up and defend the Constitution against those who seek global domination by a single ideology. In a time when most of the world is dumping socialist leaning governments, we are on the verge of being saddled with one. Acting on this “To Do List” may not stop the attacks completely, but they will definitely let the attackers know they are in for one hell of a fight……..

7 Reasons Why Government can no longer be trusted

Government has FAILED miserably in every service, business or Entitlement program it has created and forced upon the American people since 1775. Their irresponsible trend and actions continue today with the creation of the Health Care Reform Law, Government controlled Student Loan program and if we don't stop them we will have the Cap & Trade program.

Here are just seven examples of programs created for the "Good of the People" by our caring Federal Government in which they have either completely looted, as in the case with Social Security, or have virtually Bankrupted.

The U.S. Post Service was established in 1775. They had 234 years to get it right and it is BROKE.
Social Security was established in 1935 (An illegal Ponzi Scheme). They had 74 years to get it right and it is BROKE.
Fannie Mae was established in 1938. They had 71 years to get it right and it is BROKE.
War on Poverty started in 1964. They had 45 years to get it right; $ trillion of our money is confiscated each year and transferred to "the poor" and they only want more.
Medicare and Medicaid were established in 1965. They had 44 years to get it right and they are BROKE.
Freddie Mac was established in 1970. They had 39 years to get it right and it is BROKE.
The Department of Energy was created in 1977 to lessen our dependence on foreign oil. It has ballooned to 16,000 employees with a budget of $24 billion a year and we import more oil than ever before. They had 32 years to get it right and it is an abysmal FAILURE.

SO HOW CAN WE TRUST GOVERNMENT TO RUN A HEALTH CARE SYSTEM?? IF WE DON'T BRING AN END TO THIS LUNACY THEY WILL EVENTUALLY BANKRUPT EVERYONE OF US.

We must stop the government madness before it passes any further entitlement programs or destructive legislation like the proposed Cap and Trade bill that will grant government the right to tax every individual for the very air we breathe.

Tea Party Movement Will Fail Without a Well Defined Platform

The TeaParty movement is the largest single political effort ever mounted by the American people in over sixty years in an effort to bring about common sense reform and change in our political system and its elected officials. And it is none-too-late!

The American Reform Party is a staunch supporter of the Movement across America and wants to see it succeed as an independent, non-party, movement for stripping government of its control and power over the people and restoring basic common sense principles to our governmental system. However, should the Tea Party continue to operate under its current disjointed leadership and without a clearly defined plan and united voice for all to follow, the movement is in severe jeopardy of failing.

As in any movement there is a point in time when a collective decision must be reached by its leadership and supporters to clearly define its position and gain the additional support and momentum needed to insure the success of its objectives and goals. That time is "NOW" for the TeaParty. The TeaParty can no longer afford to act merely a disjointed movement but must now provide a well defined plan and goal its wants to achieve for both government and the representatives it seeks to elect. In other words, the movement must start walking, talking and acting like an organized political party with a single united voice and political platform of views and objectives they wish to achieve. Without a clearly stated plan, no one, including the press, knows how to properly characterize and explain the movement to others who would be more than willing to throw their support behind it. Like it or not, neither the liberal press nor the people to whom they appeal or a less caring populous are able to follow or support a disjointed, undefined movement.

To be successful you need to beat government at its own game. You need to use the same or similar tactics while using the press to get you opinions and position out daily otherwise you loose. Keep in mind, the press and existing major political parties get 365 days of press coverage expressing their views, positions and actions. The Tea Party can achieve this same visibility by organizing nationally.

Without a clear approach a united voice or a published platform offering a clear common sense path for like minded Americans to follow, the movement will fail and fall flat on its face in the up coming mid-term and National elections. Without a well defined position there is no way in which a legitimate candidate sharing the TeaParty views and concerns can align themselves or that sympathetic voters can fully support. Lack of a defined platform further allows undesirable candidates or conservative radicals to capitalize on the movements efforts potentially resulting in a disastrous end. The movement will be used and abused by all contending parties and their candidates, or worse, unscrupulous independent candidates claiming to be TeaParty supporters being elected. The movement will continue to be attacked and painted by the Liberal Democratic Party as a subversive, racists organization while the Progressive Republicans will align themselves with the movement by saying it will remain conservative to regain their political control only to cast aside these basic principles to perpetuate the same progressive out of control government spending and power created by both parties over the past sixty years.

We all need to get our act together. We all need to be responsible for keeping our government and elected representatives accountable and in check. We need to have assurances and agreements from those we elect with a penalty or a process in which to remove them if they fail to perform as agreed. We need true reform in the Electoral process. We need true reform in the legislative process. We need to control and cut government spending. But above all, we need a return to the basic fundamentals of the Constitution and a well controlled government by the people with common sense and integrity in our appointed representatives, all of which we believe the TeaParty stands for.

The American Reform Party would like to invite the Tea Party leadership and supporters of the movement to review our Independent Conservative common sense approach, position and platform that will bring about the right change and results in our government that benefits all Americans regardless of party.

OBAMA’S MASTER PLAN Circumvents Americans Will & Rights to Self Rule

Brace yourself. If President Obama rams through health care with tactics that circumvent the Constitution, obliterates checks and balances and ignores the will of the majority of the American people, be prepared for the same bully tactics to be used in other critical upcoming legislation. If voters think the health care debacle is ugly, expect it to get uglier based on the President’s planned agenda. Health care reform is not the ultimate objective. Devising “the formula” needed to get it passed is. Unlocking the formula to open the floodgates to enact whatever future legislation Obama wants, is the goal. Once the formula is in place, then the Obama administration has the key to do to America and Americans whatever it wants. It won’t matter how Americans vote in the mid-term.

Senate leader Harry Reid revealed that legislative checks and balances were neutered when he said the reason he is pushing so hard for Obamacare is because, “the President wants it.” Democrats supporting a Democrat President is expected, but to do so to the point of rewriting rules and ignoring Constitutional guidelines in order for the President to get his way, eviscerates the legislative branch and empowers the executive branch with unchecked powers. It is dangerous. Our founding fathers warned of its dangers.

The President desperately needs to ram through health care to allow him to use the same tactics to ram through Cap-and-Trade, nationalizing illegal immigrants, education reform, takeover of the airwaves, and more, in a blitzkrieg of legislation. The President’s plan has been laid-out in his own words or in the words and actions by his administration.

Trial balloons were first sent up to gauge the sentiment of the American people so Obama’s team could refine its strategy. Upon receiving negative blowback after demeaning Town Hall attendees, describing returning military as a danger to society, suggesting Americans spy on their neighbors and report “fishy speech,” attacking conservative media, seeking to separate Americans on issues of “clinging to their guns and religion” (implying that doing either was a negative), devaluing the unborn and seniors as dispensable, team Obama stopped wasting their time with an unsupportive public and decided to play hard ball.

President Obama said that he believes the U.S. Constitution, that protects Americans from government tyranny “is fundamentally flawed,” and essentially said in a 2001 Chicago NPR interview that the Constitution should not so much “protect” people, but “provide” for them, thereby turning it into a wealth redistribution welfare document. Obama created a vast shadow-government of Czars, reporting only to him, effectively diminishing the relevance of both the Cabinet and Congress. Media Czar Mark Lloyd opted out of the Fairness Doctrine for the more effective idea of “a 100% tax on operating cost” that could, if implemented, tax private conservative and religious radio out of existence. President Obama diminishes the nation’s Judeo-Christian heritage as laws are passed to legislate God out of society. The President is adamant that he wants control of the Internet during crisis and plans to establish a civilian militia as well funded and powerful as the U.S. military under the oversight of the White House. Some see it as an enforcement arm of the Presidency at the will of Obama to assure compliance to all of the above. Obama’s own words and actions have spurred the mistrust welling up in America.

The amount of damage that can be done to the country by executive order and “reformulated legislation” between now and the November elections may be insurmountable. Is that why Obama has said so cavalierly that the matter can be taken up at the ballot box -- after the fact? Conscience is required for Congress to understand the ire of the American people and the cost of standing against this great nation. In this period of our nation’s history with leaders who have demonstrated a willingness to sell-out -- the buck, this time, stops with the American people. The time is now, not tomorrow, to let Washington know there will be consequences for their actions.

OBAMA’S RACISM

On the issue of race, Barack Obama speaks for himself through his writings, actions, policies and appointments. Unquestionably, this President has set race relations in America back decades. Though racism brims around this president, it is second tier to Obama first implementing Marxism. Marxist’ controls must necessarily be imposed on America first. Marxism allows for government enforcement over citizens whereby certain classes and races of Americans can then be targeted and rendered legally defenseless. The Obama administration’s “Marxists controls” are slipping into place under the innocuous term “mandate” of which hundreds are listed in the healthcare law, the financial reform law, executive orders and proposed legislation. Mandate means: “to force.” Force is the antithesis of a free people. Force replaces freedom and is a fascist tactic used to implement change. As with any government circumventing the rights and will of the people while forcibly imposing Socialism, the foul stench of fascism, “force,” now clings to this administration. Historically, mixing fascism with racism leads to devastating results.

For Americans today, the message is clear. All who are not Obama’s favored people are in for a bumpy ride as Obama appears intent to turn the tables, right past wrongs by seeking reparations via jobs, healthcare, appointments, government positions and the biggest socialistic grab-bag of all - redistributed wealth. Obama’s proposed constraints on Americans’ self-determination and hard-earned prosperity carry both the chains of Marxism and racism. Which leads one to ask, is it a revenge mentality, a dispassionate disconnect, or the need for raw power that drives this president? Many believe racial upheaval is at Obama’s core - based on over 20 years of anti-white and anti-Jewish racist diatribes in his chosen church and associations now and in his past with those who espouse such hatred openly.

So, what indicators have Obama and his minions given to encourage racially charged behavior? The NAACP’s shameful and obvious race-baiting fell short when it could not present evidence on tape that Tea Party members in large numbers had hurled racial slurs or had held up racially inscribed signs. The NAACP learned that the Tea Party will kick-out any racist in its ranks. Former Department of Justice Attorney, J. Christian Adams, testified that Obama’s DOJ has been instructed “not to prosecute blacks” in future voter intimidation cases essentially where whites are targeted - such as the case involving the New Black Panthers. Obama’s Attorney General, Eric Holder, dropped that case without explanation. According to Zogby, Obama’s FCC Diversity Czar, Mark Lloyd, reportedly said essentially that white people need to step down [from their jobs] because we need to have more people of color, gays and other people in those positions. Then, there is Obama’s former Green Czar, Van Jones, who accused whites of “steering poison” into minority communities. In an obvious bent, Obama took a black professor’s side over a white police officer before hearing the facts or knowing that the white officer was selected by a black police chief as an instructor in race relations. Truly shocking on a personal level was Obama’s casualness, inferring his grandmother was basically a racist because of a comment she made almost identical to one once made by Jesse Jackson.

That this president defines his worldview from a racial and racist perspective has become painfully apparent. Painfully, because many held high hopes for Obama to represent all Americans and to continue improving the nations’ race relations. What is most telling is Obama’s lack of mention or advocacy for racial unity. He remained mute when members of his chosen organization ACORN did not report to authorities the possible smuggling of young Hispanic girls to be used in the adult sex trade, yet he seeks the Hispanic vote. He stands silent and personally offers no defense for patriotic Americans unjustly accused of racism. He appears unwilling to denounce blatant racism among those he calls his close advisors indicating a similar mind-set. It has become obvious that racial dissention and class warfare serves Obama’s political schematic for re-election as he appears to put his racist and socialist supporters on one side and the rest of America on the other. Voters are beginning to realize that Obama and his political cronies are willing to divide a people and bring down a nation for political gain and an over-reaching control of the American people. Those hoping to win or benefit at the “expense of others” are being gamed. They fail to understand that, in the end, the true Marxist mentality looks to eventually enslave all people no matter their color.

A final note. On the financial network show, Cashin’ In, guest commentator Christian Dorsey said something unimaginable that an American, much less a black American, would say. He said freedom was “a platitude” that he could agree with. Platitude means a tired expression, commonplace, a cliché. With due respect for Mr. Dorsey who frequently explains Obama’s policies – it is doubtful anyone who has suffered a loss of freedom considers it a “platitude” - unless it is those now in power who want to diminish its importance. Might I suggest my book, sir, called “Darwin’s Racists” that should prove enlightening on the matter of both freedom and race.
