Obama Remains Defiant With His Health Care Proposal

Mr. Obama, what part of "NO to health care reform" do you not understand. Mr. President wake up! Sixty percent of the voting public spoke and said they DON'T want any plan and to leave their health insurance alone. Seventy percent want you to focus your efforts on economic issues and recovery. Only forty-two percent of the people think your doing a good job on all the issues. Finally, sixty-two percent of the people said they wouldn't even elect you again. When will you 'Get It' through your thick head. When will you stop acting like a child who hasn't learned to take NO for an answer. The Health Care Reform debate is over, done, DEAD. Mr. President, you're now old enough to understand, NO means NO to Healthcare Reform.

This president must either be deaf, doesn't understand English, is a slow learner or has a hidden agenda. We suspect the latter! But that's just our opinion.

President Obama continues to remain defiant and condescending while he crams down the throat of the American people his agenda for government run or illegally mandated Health care insurance coverage. Monday, the president finally released his, highly touted but never before disclosed, version of a Health Care Reform Bill. He claimed his version offers a compromise of ideas, concepts, approaches and concerns shared and endorsed by both Democrats and the Republicans who previously prevented the bills passage. (Well we know that's a bunch of bull crap because he couldn't get the bill passed when he had a Super Majority of Democrats in both houses)  

Purely to patronize our President's position, below is a brief summary of Mr. Obama's proposal which we have reviewed. To quickly summarize our perspective after reading his proposed bill we can assure you that, neither the president nor his advisors have any understanding of the insurance industry or how insurance works. This proposal is full of misleading facts, figures and assertions. Just look at the arrogance in the very first sentence of his below overview. He proposes to put "American families and small business owners in control of their own health care", someone please tell this man that we are already in control.  He professes to make insurance and its cost more affordable by providing "the largest middle class tax cut for health care in history" when in fact he is merely giving us back some of our tax money so we can pay it back into a government run & controlled insurance system. This is just another version of re-distributing money and wealth. He claims it will "end discrimination against Americans with pre-existing conditions" where no discrimination actually exists. Insurance companies will insure pre-existing conditions but at a much higher premium, which the American people will now have to absorb. So much for lower insurance costs.

We can  go on an on showing you where his plan is riddled with misleading statements and facts but we will publish our complete analysis in a future article. Suffice it to say that, what Mr. Obama is proposing could never achieve its gaol because it is un-realistic, defies all basic economics, insurance underwriting principles, logic and common sense. 

The President’s Proposal puts American families and small business owners in control of their own health care.

• It makes insurance more affordable by providing the largest middle class tax cut for health care in history, reducing premium costs for tens of millions of families and small business owners who are priced out of coverage today.  This helps over 31 million Americans afford health care who do not get it today – and makes coverage more affordable for many more.
• It sets up a new competitive health insurance market giving tens of millions of Americans the exact same insurance choices that members of Congress will have.
• It brings greater accountability to health care by laying out commonsense rules of the road to keep premiums down and prevent insurance industry abuses and denial of care.
• It will end discrimination against Americans with pre-existing conditions.
• It puts our budget and economy on a more stable path by reducing the deficit by $100 billion over the next ten years – and about $1 trillion over the second decade – by cutting government overspending and reining in waste, fraud and abuse.

The President’s Proposal bridges the gap between the House and Senate bills and includes new provisions to crack down on waste, fraud and abuse. 

It includes a targeted set of changes to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, the Senate-passed health insurance reform bill.  The President’s Proposal reflects policies from the House-passed bill and the President’s priorities.  Key changes include:

• Eliminating the Nebraska FMAP provision and providing significant additional Federal financing to all States for the expansion of Medicaid;
• Closing the Medicare prescription drug “donut hole” coverage gap;
• Strengthening the Senate bill’s provisions that make insurance affordable for individuals and families;
• Strengthening the provisions to fight fraud, waste, and abuse in Medicare and Medicaid;
• Increasing the threshold for the excise tax on the most expensive health plans from $23,000 for a family plan to $27,500 and starting it in 2018 for all plans;
• Improving insurance protections for consumers and creating a new Health Insurance Rate Authority to provide Federal assistance and oversight to States in conducting reviews of unreasonable rate increases and other unfair practices of insurance plans.

When will Obama and the Progressives ‘GET IT’

It is becoming more and more apparent that President Obama and his fellow Progressive cronies on both sides of the isle in Washington either, just don't get it, or more likely, couldn't care less about what "IT" is that the majority of American's want, expect and demand from them.

Contrary to an overwhelming majority of public objection,  President Obama and the progressives continue with their condescending attitudes and self-serving agendas by insisting on passing, at all costs, both the Health Care Reform Bill and the highly critical, not to mention financially debilitating, Cap and Trade bill. What they don't 'GET', is the American people want them to instead deal with the corruption in DC, the unstable economy, improve the job market not create jobs, government's lack of fiscal responsibility, our national debt and above all, our national security which is directly affected by all these issues. The items, before all others, must be addressed and resolved before our country can even begin to consider any environmental issues or social entitlements affecting or desired by all Americans. Unless we bring an end to governments madness and as a country and people we again are financially sound and fiscally responsible, we will ultimately face a fate worse than that of economic Depression, but rather a country of tyrannical rule by government.
 
Should the Obama administration and his progressive cronies prevail in passing these bills, there is no telling what the extent of the American people's justifiable backlash will be on lawmakers. It's this writers guess that people will tar and feather everyone from the President on down while running them out of DC and political exile by 2012.

Maybe then, they will GET IT!

GLOBAL FRAUDS:  AL GORE AND CHARLES DARWIN?

Along with health care, Cap and Trade legislation still looms large over American households and businesses despite the outcry that both Cap and Trade and its birth mother, global warming, are predicated on bogus science. Hence, a cautionary tale of two frauds that have been perpetrated on a global basis. Due to their reported fallacies, I have labeled them "agenda-science."

First, a look at global warming and climate-gate.  Global warming guru, Al Gore, has reportedly said his goal is to become the first carbon-credit, global warming "billionaire." In order for that to happen, President Barack Obama says American families will have to pay energy bills that will necessarily "skyrocket." Gore's success appears to rely on imposing budget breaking expenses on American families and businesses.

You, after all, are to blame. You breathe in and out - you and your pesky biologically produced carbon dioxide are at the root of the problem - so say the scientists who insist the debate is over before the facts are in. Their bizarre logic being that you cannot survive if the planet is to survive. Stop exhaling or pay the piper or at least pay huge corporate entities stocking up on carbon-credits representing potential billions. But, wait.

Enter climate-gate's fraudulent science. Weekly, news reports are exposing that scientists are reportedly manipulating global warming data. It is now being reported that there is no Himalayan glacier meltdown as the UN claimed, there are more polar bears now than in decades and the onslaught of deadly hurricanes that Al Gore predicted did not happen. The Norwegian Polar Institute reports that Antarctica is not melting and has actually, for the most part, been cooling since 1979. Cancel the panic over rising seas and flooded shorelines. Science today tells us that we are in a mini-cooling pattern and that the sun's solar cycles control the warming and cooling of the earth - not humans. Could it be that, all along, at the bottom of the man-made global warming scare is a would-be billionaire and socialistic goals to impose government controls on small businesses and Americans? Global warming is "agenda-science" at its best. But, wait.

Topping that agenda-science is one better. Frustrated by the monkey-to-man chart as a student, I was determined to find out why schools teach the theory of evolution when there is no empirical scientific data to support it. The "theory" took root in the mid-1850s when there was no speed of the Internet or advanced science to report its fallacies early on. It was conceived by naturalist Charles Darwin, a man without the advantages of modern science. It proposes that people of color are less evolved, that God is not Creator and, according to Karl Marx, the father of Communism, it became part of his Communist Manifesto as revealed in the book, Darwin's Racists -Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow by Sharon Sebastian and Raymond G. Bohlin.

 Evolution's ugly offspring is Social Darwinism. It separates people by class and race. It pits the "fit" versus the "unfit" regarding who should receive society's resources and devalues the life of the unborn, disabled and elderly. Darwin's theory pleased elites whose goal was to control the masses. Along with early admirer Karl Marx were mass murderers Stalin, Mao and Hitler who all wrote of Darwin's influence through natural selection, eugenics and Social Darwinism. The Marxists/Socialists/Progressives' goal is elitist control of resources, wealth and the people. Darwin's theory supports their need for a hierarchy to rule over those they deem less "evolved" and, therefore, less intelligent.

DNA and modern science expose the theory of evolution as non-science. Yet, it is so entrenched that it is being taught in American schools today. Students are told the "debate is over" even as advanced 21^st century science exposes the fallacy of Darwin's 1850's theory of evolution. Science should not be prostituted; deception should not be tolerated.

Americans are reading Darwin's Racists - Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow, which reveals Social Darwinism and evolution's long reach not only into schools, but into policy coming out of Washington. Holding our schools and government accountable for the damage pseudo-science wreaks on society will be a major step in avoiding Marxist/Socialist policies aimed at controlling every aspect of our lives. Addressing both sides of the evolution debate, Darwin's Racists equips the reader and student with  history, theology and science rarely disclosed in one book. Only arrogance or fraud declares that the debate is over. In that respect - global warming and evolution have much in common as agenda-science.

Carbon Cap & Trade Legislation

There is not very much to say about this piece of proposed legislation other than to say, this is beyond any doubt one of the worst pieces of legislation ever proposed in the entire history of our country . This bill is nothing more than a wolf dressed in sheep clothing. Should this legislation become law it will represent the inevitable destruction of our capitolistic system, our industries, its jobs and the ultimate loss of our National Security and freedoms, only to finally be subject to domination by a Global government . This bill MUST NEVER be passed in any shape or form.

The Cap & Tax bill, as it has come to be known, is disguised as legislation to protect the worlds environment against global warming which to this date remains highly questionable as to its factualness or scientific accuracy. This bill offers nothing nor does it accomplish anything other than grant our government complete and total control over every aspect of our entire economy, businesses, industries and everyday personal lives right down to and including the very toilet paper we can use. And the toilet is where this legislation belongs along with every politician who endorses its approval.

The proposed Cap and Trade bill is nothing more than a total power grab of our money by government and our lawmakers. This bill would give government unrestrained access, control and authority to regulate every aspect of our economy and lives without ever passing another piece of legislation. This bill does nothing to improve the economy or the environment but rather only to ultimately destroy it.

Operation Clean House: To Take Back America

OUR OBJECTIVE: TO REPLACE EVERY INCUMBENT SENATOR, CONGRESSMAN OR DECLARED PROGRESSIVE, INCLUDING PRESIDENT OBAMA BY VOTING THEM OUT OF OFFICE THROUGH THE 2012 ELECTIONS. 

Over the next three years, we will organize our forces in every states community and seek out and encourage new qualified and trustworthy individuals with common sence to run for office as Independent candidates. Where we can't find a qualified Independent we will thoroughly vet the current Republican or Democratic opposition candidate and put our support behind the best qualified individual who will listen and follow the will of the people. We will support people who tell it like it is and exactly where they stand on issues without the political spin. We will support those candidates who can demonstrate the necessary experience, will and determination to stand up to his colleagues and honestly address current issues facing our country and use common sense when voting. 

We want individual candidates that posses integrity and common sense. Most importantly, we must have a pledge from our candidates that they support a platform of reform in government such as that of the American Reform Party. That they agree to adhere to the principles of our constitution and repeal any legislation that violates it, like Healthcare Reform or Cap & Trade. They will work toward reducing the role and size of our government. That they will support the abolishment or revamping of the internal revenue system and tax code opting for a flat or national sales tax ( Fair Tax). That they agree to immediately adopt a policy of strict fiscal responsibility and support a Balanced Budget Amendment.

We will do this for every Senate or Congressional seat up for grabs and require that the candidate we support meets and supports our criteria and platform, The Peoples Platform, regardless of their party affiliation

WE'RE MAD AS HELL AND NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE!
