Obama, a dangerous thug, extortionist and traitor to our Constituion

In my lifetime, I observed 11 Presidents swearing on a bible to uphold the Constitution, protect our national security and insure the Life, Liberties and Freedom of the American people. Each and every time, wether I voted for the man or not, I had a reasonably good sense and feeling about the man and the possible outcome of his ensuing administration. I had a sense that regardless of their individual goals and objectives, they were qualified, reasonable men with a good amount of honor and humility willing to compromise on their agendas to serve ALL the peoples interests.

However, on the day of Obama's inauguration, I had the worse feeling ever about this President. It had nothing to do with his race. In fact, I think I can say for most white Americans, we were both relieved and elated that the nation bestowed its highest honor and office on a black man. I believe we saw it as a chance to rectify and put behind us a racial sore spot and black mark on this country's history. We could now move forward without race being the issue in government or our personal lives. Yet, I was still extremely uneasy over his election. What I saw in this man was disturbing. A man who simply told us only what we needed to hear while all along planing to advance his misguided and ill-conceived plan that will destroy this great country. What I saw was a country enamored by this man's carefully selected and eloquent use of words. A country not paying attention to what he was saying and professing but the buzz words he carefully used and planted. What I saw was a country making the same mistake when it elected Richard Nixon to office, a clever liar, sneak, egotist and someone who would say anything to obtain power and promote his agenda. I witnessed, once again, a country make a decision out of shear anger at a prior administration failures and short comings elect the first articulate, sweat talking candidate from the other party. Our anger combined with a deteriorating economy so blinded us we failed to pay attention to what was being said to us. Under false pretense, this man stole the office of President by taking advantage of our personal distractions and financial misfortunes.

For the first time, with his hand on the bible as he took the oath of office, I saw the man for who he really was, a liar, hypocrite, fraud and an arrogantly dangerous man. I saw a man who was neither qualified, experienced or seasoned in life, business, the economy, insurance, labor or honest politics. I saw a naive, brainwashed young man, much like myself in college until I grew up and the reality of the world and how it works set in, caught up in some utopian theory and ideal of how everyone can be equal and how he could change the world if president. A man that was schooled, taught and now being used by radical, corrupt left-wing socialist organizations and people who believe in power and control over the people. I saw a threat to our life, liberties and freedoms!  

Now that Obama is president, he has done nothing to prove me wrong and everything to make my worst nightmare become a reality. Obama has surrounded himself with incompetent individuals, unscrupulous Socialist/Marxist union leaders and sympathizers, avowed communists, CZARS and staffers who believe in and proliferate the the teachings of mass murders like Hitler, Mao and Karl Marx as answers to the political, financial and social problems in America. A slap in the face to every veteran who risked or sacrificed their life fighting wars to stop Socialist/Communist/Marxist aggression in the World. I see him as a traitor to our brave men and country.  

He has failed, more so than any other president in history, to include qualified individuals with strong, proven experience and backgrounds in economics and  business. Since he has taken office everything he touched has gone from bad too worse. His business and economic advisors have frivolously managed and spent our hard earned tax dollars on useless government projects and pork barrel deals he promised would stop. They've blindly put us into poorly structured investment deals that experienced investors would never have made. His administration has yet to fund two-thirds of the stimulus money he requested last year and sits on it waiting for the 2010 elections to prop-up his dedicated party members. And to top it all off, with an economy and country in peril of financial insolvency he has spent, no wasted, the past 15 months of his administration strictly focused on his personal agenda of Cap & Trade and a constitutionally illegal $2.5 Trillion Healthcare Reform plan. In both cases now he has been rebuked by his colleagues in the house and the American people yet he threatens the house with excessively stringent EPA regulations or Reconciliation tactics if they don't pass his Cap & Trade or Healthcare Reform bills.

What ever happened to his promise of transparency and action to clean up Washington politics and their underhanded tactics. Instead, his recent practices and policies are even worse. He truly believes that its his right and obligation to rewrite our Constitution according to his and the Progressive's version of justice. His tactics are tantamount to those of a Thug, Extortionist and a Traitor to the very Constitution he swore to uphold.

The country will regret the day it elected this man.

A Call for Action & Reclamation

No longer are the interest, objectives and agenda of our elected officials the same as those of the People, regardless of their party, or once they take office

Time has come for all Americans to stand up, put their foot down, exorcise their rights under the constitution and take action to quickly and responsibly take back the control and power we have bestowed upon our out of control government and lawmakers.

For the past seventy years, we trusted the lawmakers we elected to protect our Country its Constitution and our unalienable rights, liberties and freedoms granted by our Creator and as further enumerated in the Constitution by our Founders. We trusted that they would put the interest and rights of the People far and above those of their own objectives and goals. However, they have habitually violated our trust by diluting the meaning of our Constitution as they continually create policies and legislation to suit their own political agenda, ideological goals and elitist views as to what is best for the “Good of the People.” Throughout this period we witnessed our lawmakers erode every basic right, liberty and freedom we share in this Country while accumulating greater control and power over the People through poor policies, excessive taxation, financial irresponsibility, economically unsubstantiated spending and socialistic entitlement programs or welfare. They are leading us down the path of a Socialistic Welfare State with the ultimate result of having us subject to a New World Order. This is a dangerous agenda that can only put America under the control and dictatorship of the United Nations.

In the past twenty years the corrupt practices and policies by lawmakers, violations of our trust, the burden of over taxation, reckless government spending, the political self-serving interest and the increased control and power over the American people has become increasingly more prevalent and rampant.No longer are the interest, objectives and agenda of our elected officials the same as those of the People, regardless of their party, or once they take office. Therefore, as afforded the People under the Constitution, it is our solemn right, duty and obligation as Americans, to reign in our government and lawmakers, to take all necessary actions to restore the fundamental principles of our Constitution and demand strict accountability, common sense and trust in our elected officials and government. We must further limit our government’s size, scope and power by putting in place revisions to our legal system and Constitution to thwart and prohibit further irresponsible actions of government and those we elect to mange it. To restore government to one of the People by the People and for the People.

Should we continue to allow our government and elected officials to go unabated and without restriction or regard for our Constitution and the unalienable rights of the people, the delicate balance of Democracy and Freedom that teeters on the scale between Tyranny and Anarchy will vastly shift to one of Tyrannical Rule by government. A country and its people controlled by a Ruler or Rulers(the New World Order). We have been rapidly heading in this direction for the past thirty years. This is evident in governments support for and from Socialistic Workers Unions, like Andy Stern and the SEIU, or in its creation of Entitlement programs like Welfare, Social Security, Medicare and now a government imposed and run Health Care system. All these Entitlements are deeply rooted in socialistic or communistic principles and ideals. The same methods and programs that were used by Rulers or Kings to maintain control and power over the people of their society and civilization. In recorded history every one of these societies had eventually collapsed under revolt of its people. Why? For the simple reason, this type of system ultimately leads to one of slavery as opposed to every humans desire for self rule and freedom.

We must not allow our government to become any larger or powerful over the American people. In fact we must take back much of the power we have granted. Neither, can we allow our elected officials to further advance their Progressive, elitist ideals that only result in desensitizing and dehumanizing socialistic programs, practices and entitlements. Otherwise, should we choose not to ACT now, history will repeat itself and we will find ourselves having bestowed upon government and lawmakers’ total power and control over our lives, liberties and freedoms, as they lead us into tyrannical rule.

This CANNOT be allowed to occur in America! Not if we believe in the words “land of the free and home of the brave.” We can no longer accept nor afford to allow government to grow any larger nor gain any further power over its people. We MUST put limitations on our elected officials and eradicate the Progressive ideology and individuals in both Democrat and Republican parties who have gradually eroded the very foundation and strengths of our country. We MUST STOP them from causing further damage through creating additional socialistic entitlement programs or economic policies which defy all economic principles, logic and common sense. Programs and policies that through history have been proven not to work or improve but, exacerbate and prolong our weakened economy and dollar. We must ACT and ACT NOW, to reverse these destructive trends and damage to our liberties and freedoms. If for nothing else we owe it to our children and their descendants.

We can no longer accept nor afford a bigger government that operates or condones, unsubstantiated or economically unsound spending, operates without a Balanced Budget, bigger and more expensive entitlement programs, increased government hiring, government investment and control in our nation’s largest corporation’s under the control of labor unions, its open support and expansion of labor unions, tolerate further business or personal income tax increases to fund government boondoggles nor can we allow governments adoption of unrealistic trade and commerce practices, regulations and excessive taxation which has caused the erosion and evaporation of business and industry in America, weakened the dollar and put this country at great peril of insolvency. This is the People's Country NOT the governments and lawmakers!

For these reasons, Republicans, Democrats, Independents, Conservative or Liberal must stand up and unite under ONE Flag and ONE Party. A Party of the People. Together, we will arm ourselves with the Constitution. We will take every action required and available to protect and preserve our Constitution our Country and insure our unalienable RIGHTS to Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Property. 

We will start by first radically changing the makeup of our incumbent lawmakers in the upcoming 2010 mid-term and 2012 national elections. We will remove those that are corrupt, those who voted for Healthcare reform or Cap & Trade, Those who support  or champion the expansion of labor unions over individual Right To Work laws, those who broke or failed to live up to their campaign promises, those who refuse to be transparent and without the spin, refuse to tell us exactly where they stand on the issues and those who have declared themselves as Progressives in government.

We will replace these elected officials by electing new qualified candidates that demonstrate they are trustworthy and tell it like it is as to where they stand on the issues without the spin of “political correctness”. And, they must possess a high degree of integrity and common sense. In exchange for our support of their candidacy, we will require, regardless of their party affiliation, they adopt the “PEOPLES PLATFORM” on which they will also run. These individual candidates will be asked to endorse, implement and/or support the following platform of concerns and changes in government within their first term.

• Will put forth and/or support legislation for a Balanced Budget Amendment.
• Will immediately address and begin government consolidation and downsizing while cutting spending across the board by no less than 10%
• Will put forth and/or support legislation replacing the existing IRS Tax Code with either a National sales tax or Flat tax on all individuals and business that must result in a drastic lowering of tax and provide indexed restrictions on future increases in the tax rate.
• Will put forth and/or support legislation mandating government immediately begin paying down the national debit
• Will put forth and/or support an Term Limit Amendment. 2 terms for Senate and 6 terms for Congress.
• Will put forth and/or support legislation requiring the Annual Auditing of the Federal Reserve
• Will put forth and/or support legislation to repeal Health Care Reform or Cap & Trade Bill proposed or passed before their election
• Insist and demand that government ceases from any further Stimulus or TARP spending and that repayment of prior advances are only used to pay down our National Debt     
• Eliminate the practice and use of Omnibus Bills, which contain “Pork Barrel Spending”, legislation or creation of laws unrelated to the primary bills intent and purpose or special concessions in return for a lawmaker’s favorable vote. No more convoluted bills or deals for votes!
• Insist and demand strict adherence to and interpretation of our Constitution of all legislation proposed by lawmakers before passing

We will further use the peoples Constitutional Right to petition our government for Redress of our grievances and further demand an immediate response to the many requests of Redress previously submitted and that have intentionally been ignored by government.

There are many more actions and changes we need our new legislators to make but implementing these few will set the tone, get us back to fundamental basics and get us moving once again in the direction of economic and financial stability while protecting our Country. We must remain engaged throughout this entire process to achieve our desired goals.

Should all our efforts fail or go unheeded by our government and lawmakers we must then exorcise our last option and Final Right. Abolish Our Government and replace it with new Government and Constitution in which our Founders would be proud.

Taking Back Americas Governtment (TBAG)

Every democratic civilization since the beginning of recorded time has deteriorated into either a socialistic or communistic society or self-destructed  into a society in bondage because its people failed to keep their governments and leaders in check.

When government goes without a system of checks and balances, enforced by the populous, its appointed officials are left to become delirious with power over its people and corrupted by their quest to amass untold money in furthering their personal agendas. Ultimately this will only lead to Tyrannical rule and suffrage of its people. 

Our Founders took painstaking effort with many years of deliberation and debate in structuring a system designed to prevent such a collapse of a truly, well throughout democratic society in which they were about to create. A democracy of the people and for the people. A democratic government that would recognize and was sworn to protect a persons unalienable Rights, liberties and freedoms. A government with a set of common sense laws of the people routed in the universe of Natural Law.  All these ideals were neatly laid out for us in our Constitution. They further foresaw, understood and provided checks and balances for the people to exorcise in limiting and maintaining the proper control over its government and their appointed lawmakers. From the signing of the Declaration of Independence until the drafting and adoption of the Constitution in 1782 only one concern of our Founders remained. The ability, virtue and will of the people to govern themselves by sufficiently engaging in its governments politics to maintain the delicate balance in government necessary to prevent tyranny and insuring their freedoms and liberties.

Today we are heading down the very path our Founders foresaw and attempted to prevent, a country and people controlled by a big central government and corrupted untrustworthy officials. If our government is allowed to continue its policies of fiscal irresponsibility, un-affordable socialized programs, unwarranted nor economically sound stimulus spending, the ridiculous idea of re-distribution of wealth or governments desire to control and operate greater than 10% of our country's economy through Healthcare reform and the even more ridiculous and disastrous Carbon Cap & Trade, we are doomed to failure. Although some of these programs may, on the surface, appear to be noble and just cause for government and its people to pursue, a closer look unveils a much bigger problem leading to the eventual downfall of our democracy and the life, liberties and pursuit of happiness it affords. No government can be all things to all people nor can government provide the same quality of life for all its people. It is against the purpose and design of government defying all common sense and the natural order of things in a free society.

So how can we stop this trend? How do we begin to reverse our direction? How do we bring about a smaller government with balance? How do we limit our lawmakers from obtaining too much power? How do we bring the corruption under control or a minimum? How do we bring about Fiscal Responsibility in ALL government? These questions have been asked over and over again and the answer comes down to one simple, easily understandable solution,

CONTROL THE MONEY AND YOU CONTROL GOVERNMENT! Sounds all too simple yet government and our lawmakers understand one thing and one thing only, MONEY and the Power that comes with it. Limit or take the money away from our lawmakers, force them to live within a budget and, their dead in the water with limited power, forced only to serve the will of the people.

So your next questions is how do we control the money. Once again the answer is fairly simple. However, it takes a three pronged diligent approach by the voters.

1.) Clean house in the upcoming mid-term and 2012 elections

We must start by first cleaning house in the upcoming mid-term and 2012 elections. We need to find, wherever possible, new untainted candidates to elect to the House & Presidency. Where we can't find new candidates then we elect the candidate, regardless of their political party, that pledge to act upon and support our below mandates. 

2.) Introduce Balanced Budget Amendment to Constitution

Our newly elected Senate and Congress shall introduce a Balanced Budget Amendment to the Constitution in their first session.
The Amendment should not only apply solely to the Federal Government but to all state governments as well.
There shall also be a motion and interim agreement by both houses to operate within a Balanced Budget until the Amendment is passed.
An motion should be issued calling for the repeal of the Healthcare Reform Bill should it become law.

3.) Revamp existing Federal Tax Code

Congress shall immediate and simultaneously with the Balanced Budget Amendment, put forth a bill to abolish the existing tax code and replace it with either a flat or graduated flat tax or a straight National Sales Tax.
The new tax will allow for annual increases tied to an index if and only if required to fund the Budget.
Based on current taxing levels, the new tax code shall be structured such that more money is retained by the 50 states and represents a significant tax cut/savings to business and individuals. (NOW THAT'S  STIMULUS)
There shall be a freeze on any further direct or indirect tax increases but shall maintain any proposed or exiting tax cuts.
There shall also be a restriction placed on Congress in passing any further legislation requiring government spending or tax increases including the implementation of Healthcare Reform or Cap & Trade.

It should be clear from what is proposed here that we will have put a strangle hold on our government, forcing it and our lawmakers to become fiscally responsible. Our country's future and National Security are dependent on our financial stability. This is far and away more important than any Healthcare Reform or Cap & Trade.

Why We Need Term Limits

Senate & Congressional Term Limits

When our Founders wrote the constitution they never addressed the issue of term limits for either the Legislative or Executive branches of the government. Possibly, in more simpler times of trustworthy & honorable men, they didn't see the need to limit ones time in office. However, our nations first President did. George Washington after having served 8 years as our President and Commander in Chief, publicly declared to the government and the people that he would not seek re-election. His reasons where both personal and supremely visionary. As one of our Founders Washington, saw a flaw within our constitution which he chose to correct, not through constitutional amendment, but by honor and respect for the future of our system and country. He recognized the temptations for the abuse of power if remaining in office for unlimited periods. He further recognized that should he indefinitly continue re-election, his presidency could eventually be construed by leaders and Americans to be one of a Monarch or King; and that no president should ever aspire or reach a point of dominance and power in the office of President. He further understood that as the country grew in population and prosperity flourished that government needed to be more flexible and open in allowing new leadership that would more closely represent the ideas and needs of the country and Americans.

Every elected president since then followed Washington's honorable lead and voluntarily removed their name for re-election after serving 2 terms or eight years in office. It wasn't until 1951, after the F.D.R presidential reign, that the Constitution was amended to restrict a president to only two terms in office.

We strongly believe in Washington's principle's and firmily believe that he was attempting to set an example, not just for the presidency but for all legislators. We will put forth the necessary legislation for Amendment to the Constitution that there shall be term limits imposed on both houses of congress of two terms consisting of six years each for Senators and six terms consisting of two years each for Congressional seats. The adoption of this amendment will eliminate legislators from amassing untold stature and position and the temptation to abuse their power.
