Background Information

Article Two, Section One, Clause Eight: of the constitution contains the Oath of Office that each an every President must affirm and swear his allegiance before taking office.

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

There are several instances to which we can point as Obama's breach of the presidential oath of office. Namely, his support and promotion of Health Care Reform, Cap & Trade, commandeering of the Country's educational and financial system, appointment of CZARS, Cabinet members, White house staff and advisors, who are either confirmed communists or who firmly believe in the destruction of our democratic and capitalistic system including his own irresponsible policies and spending that have placed our National security at risk. However, the first and over riding act in which Obama failed to honor his oath of office was in his endorsement and passage of the Health Care Reform Act.
