This case began like the other dozen or so
lawsuits filed in the past seven years by Beverly Kennedy (TX) whenever she
did not get her way.
“Kennedy-Dallas-faction” lost on all counts, and lost big time!
The
Magnificient Six pro se litigants devastated the $3000 p/day high-priced
experts Kennedy hired for legitimacy.
Roy Downing, Chairman of the American Reform Party (ARP), began asking each
witness, until the court stipulated in his favor,
five
questions. Needless-to-say the answer to each question was a resounding
“NO” – and the echo was heard bouncing off all the courtroom
walls into the record!
Over all, the “Kennedy-faction” lost on all fronts although they
had superior means & money.

marijuana), etc.
Also, we occasionally receive an inquiry
from the many, often opposing, "Special Interest Groups" that appear on the
political palette we fondly think of as "American Democracy". You will not
