LETTER FROM THE CHAIRMAN-ELECT
ROY DOWNING

As the new National Chairman I will be putting forward some proposals for building the Party in all fifty states:

IF YOU STILL BELIEVE IN THE PRINCIPALS THAT CAUSED YOU TO JOIN THE AMERICAN REFORM PARTY, THEN HELP ME PROVE THAT THOSE PRINCIPALS ARE WORTH FIGHTING FOR AND HELP ME BUILD THE LARGEST, STRONGEST AND MOST INFLUENTIAL THIRD PARTY IN THESE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

I will be forming some very important Standing Committee's. As Standing Committees, their Chairs will be Executive Committee members and will be instrumental in making policy for the organization.

I will be naming and formulating these committee's in the very near future. I would like to know if you are
still active in the movement and would be interested in chairing one of these committees.

Also. let me know if you would like to be subscribed to our two Reflectors, one for Members Only and the Issues Reflector, a forum for all those interested in the reform movement, members or not.

The first is where the members only discuss Party business. The Issues Reflector where everyone who joins submits their ideas and thoughts on Issues that interest us. All the other subscribers get the message in their email. You can then answer or make comments on that message or post your own ideas and or arguments for all other members to see.

Our Issues Reflector is very active; it's free, and a great way to get to know who the other members are, and get their views on almost every subject.

If this letter seems long, it's because I want all members to know what my plans are and for all to have an equal chance to participate.

Hoping to hear from you soon.

Sincerely,
Roy Downing
